M-PEC 7周年スタート！：総会＋月例講座の概要ご報告
We’ve started the 7th anniversary of M-PEC! – Report of Outline of General Meeting and YEA in April
満開の夜桜遊山にお出かけになりたいお方もいらっしゃったでしょうに、お陰さまで、前半の総会に賛助会員、顧問を含めて18名がご出席下さいました。
Though some members wanted to go viewing full-bloomed cherry festivals, thanks to the attendance this time, 18 members including supporting members and advisers joined this general meeting. Thank you very much.
主な会則の変更点は、「毎月の講座受講料は無料！」、「年会費：3,000円 (中高生：1,000円)と賛助会費だけで運営！」…M-PECのすばらしさを、より多くのみなさまに分かち合いたい思いからです。
Main modifications in the rules are … “Monthly fee is free”, “M-PEC is to be run by only Annual Fee: 3,000 yen (J/S high school students’ is 1,000 yen!)” Because we hope more people could be shared such wonderful or valuable YEA (Yoshy’s English Activity)!
和英での「改定会則」は、「下記サイト」をご覧くださいませ。欠席された会員始め、顧問、協力員には、2，3日中に、保坂会長から「総会報告」が届きます。
You can read “the revised rules” in both J/E at the site below. The chairman, Hosaka is going to send his explanation of this general meeting to the absentees, advisers and supporters in a few days.
外国人のみなさまのためにも、「募集用・最新ニュース」は、和英で数日中に、「下記サイト」で更新いたします。
“The latest News for recruiting new members” is going to be uploaded written by President, Yoshy in Japanese and English in several days at the same site below.
前日のブログでご紹介させて頂いた…「手作り犬型クッキー＋紅茶」の歓談後、会員8名で、「LLカードを使ったコミュニケーション・ゲーム」を楽しみました。(苦しんだ方も？) … (笑)
After the general meeting, we had a happy talking with tea and handmade dog-shaped cookies; then all of 8 members enjoyed, or some might be worried with …:-) “a communication-game with cards of LL Shihoya Arai School”, which was introduced at the late BLOG.
「いつ鳴るか分からないブザーが入った箱」を回しながら、想像力を駆使して Q-A 対話！
Passing “A can in which a buzzer like a time-bomb is set” to his/her next, we had a nervous time challenging making a short dialogue by using richer imagination as possible as we could.
M-PEC講座は、実力があっても、優勝するわけではないところが面白いです！
If the person who has great command of English, he/she can’t be always the winner in YEA in M-PEC
このゲームは、5月のYEAでも楽しみます。ささやかな賞品を用意致します。逆に、運悪く最下位からの2名か3名は、「紅茶カップ洗い」です！(笑)
This game will be again played next YEA in May. Small prizes will be ready for winners. On the contrary, for the a few places from the bottom should “wash tea cups” just after the breaking-up! :-)
