冬仕度開始！Started Preparation for Snow
11月9日(土)は、夕暮れまでは、嵐の前の秋晴れでした。
It was clear autumn sky until late evening before the storm on Saturday, November 9th.
その朝、屋根の特に「融雪装置」を点検しました。
Yoshy stepped up to the roof of our residence, store, LL Shihoya Arai School and storehouse to check, especially the sprinkler of “the gear of melting snow”.
通常のLLレッスン (AS: 準1級レベルクラス)と、夜の「M-PEC 月例講座」を控えていました。寝不足でしたから、慎重に屋根の上へ。
The day was scheduled a usual LL lesson of AS-class (grade: Eiken Pre-1st) and “YEA (Yoshy’s Monthly English Activity of M-PEC” in the night. As I had not enough sleep, I stepped up to the roof very carefully.
打って変って、翌日の10日(日)は、夕方まで小雨交じりの強風が吹き荒れました。書いている現在は、無風でそぼろ雨。
All of a sudden, the next day: Sunday, 10th, it was quite a storm-swept until evening; it is now a little raining without wind.
新井中東側の用水の一部分の草が多いとの情報で、朝8:00～当地区：上町からも5人、鎌と鋸を手に参加しました。
Informed about the situation of the water for irrigation and flowing snow, five members from our Kanmachi district joined the people there. Everyone had a sickle and a saw.
そこは、通称、「松山」に近く、子供のころ弟や友だちと良く歩いた散歩道です。母が天婦羅にして食べるのが大好きだった「沢蟹 (さわがに)」を捕まえに…今は昔。
The area is close to “Matsu-yama, called commonly here”, to which Yoshy used to hike with my younger brother, friends, etc to catch “freshwater crabs”. My late mother loved to eat them deeply fried in batter. … Humm, those were the days.

M-PEC講座復活！ M-PEC Monthly Lesson Revived!
「講座だけでも復活を！」のお声が聞こえます。2014年度に向けて、11月から月例講座を再開致しました！従来通り、毎月第2(土) 7:00-9:00 at LLシホヤ新井教室です。
Yoshy is happy to often hear many people telling me, “I am asking you to re-start Monthly Lesson at least!” It’s been held since November 9th toward the year of 2014; on the 2nd Saturday every month, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at LL as usual as before.
