ひどく寒い日が続きますが、大雪にならず有り難いです。最初の写真では、2月7日朝、エリーが桜並木からLLシホヤ新井教室方向を眺めています。
It has been terribly cold these days, however; we are lucky lucky for the people around here because of having less snow than usual. In the first picture, Erie is looking at her and my house: LL Shihoya Arai School from white Cherry Avenue in the morning of February 7th (Fri).

In the next one, 80 % of a cherry branch is in bloom at Yorimichi-Café in Shihoya Bookstore. I was given by Mr. Masami Kojima Yoshy introduced in this blog on January 29th (Wed). If you know the name of this cherry blossom, won't you tell me?

2月の月例講座は、予定通り、2月8日(土)、7:00～9:00 pm at LLシホヤ新井教室です。
The Monthly YEA in February is held at LL Shihoya Arai School on Saturday, 8th from 7:00 pm to 9:00 on schedule.
講座内容は、いつも心がけています通り、英語運用力ゼロの方からプロの方まで、ご出席者全員が楽しめるよう、準備してお待ちしています。
Yoshy is waiting for you, whose command of English is from zero to expert-level, preparing the following contents so that all the attendance would be as usual happy in YEA.

For example, …
(1) 「折り紙で馬を作りながら、基本動詞をおぼえよう！」
“Let’s learn some basic verbs as making a horse with folding paper!”
(2) 「御神籤(おみくじ)を英語で説明するには？」：クイズ形式です。
“How do we explain the paper fortune in English?” – Quiz style.
(3) 「歌で発音を磨こう！」：マイフェアレディの、♪ 「ちっとばかし運が良けりゃ」…
“Let’s brush up our English pronunciation by using songs!” – “With A Little Bit Luck” of My Fair Lady
多分誰もが、気宇壮大になって、ふさぎ虫がどこかへ飛んで行ってしまいますよ。
Probably this song would make everyone become big-hearted. If you were down, such a depression would sure go away.
(4) お正月気分も消えて、LL生徒たちは節分アクティビティを楽しんでいますが、バレンタイン、雛祭り…と、取り上げたいテーマがたくさん浮かんでいます。
The mood of New Year’s Day vanishing, LL children are enjoying Setsubun (the day just before starting spring) activities this week. In my mind, I7ve got such lots of challenging activities as Valentine’s Day, Girls’ Festival, etc.
(5) どのアクティビティに重点を置くかは、当日ご参加いただいたみなさまの雰囲気を見て決定します。
Let me decide which activity should be emphasized most in your atmosphere.
中高生、成人、年齢不問、資料代500円(税込)で受講できます。
Those who are J/S high school students and adults are welcome to YEA. The material fee is 500 yen including tax.
