新井聖書教会主催Xmas、本日開催!
12月19日(木)朝の雪景色です。文化ホール東側から撮影。エリーは犬なのに、寒がりです。
This is a snow-scene taken a picture from Culture Hall in the morning of December 19th (Thu). Though Yoshy’s pet-dog, Erie is a dog, she is sensitive to the cold.

「飼い葉おけの大使」
“Ambassador in Manger”
今年、キャロライン・ケネディ駐日大使の着任は、大きなフィーバーとなりました。馬車に乗って着任される大使を、大勢の人々が歓呼して迎えました。その絵になる姿に誰もが暖かい祝福を送ったことでしょう。
*Assuming Caroline Kennedy’s duties as U.S. Ambassador in Tokyo *received an enthusiastic response this year. Lots of people *hailed the ambassador on a *coach. That *picturesque setting was given a heartwarming *benediction by everyone.

一方、今から2000年前、王の王、主の主であられる天国の大使、イエス・キリストの登場は、家畜小屋の飼葉おけでした。歓呼して旗を振る人もありません。
Meanwhile, 2000 years ago, it was at a manger in a *stable that Jesus Christ, The King of kings or the *Lord of lords appeared. There was no one who was *shouting for joy with flags.

でも、この不思議なお姿こそ、地球上の名も無い小さな一人ひとりに仕えるために来られた謙遜な生涯を暗示するものです。
However, that was *the very wonderful scene that has given us such a hint as appeared in front of us *so as to serve everyone with no-name on the earth.

以来キリストは、世界中のすべての人々の人生の友、救い主となるために、一人ひとりを訪ね歩いておられます。
Since then, Christ has been visiting each of us so that He would be a friend of our lives and a *Redeemer for us in this world.

今年のクリスマス、あなたのために天から来られた、この素晴らしい天国の大使に出合われますように、心温まるクリスマスの集いに心よりご案内いたします。
I wish you could meet such a wonderful ambassador coming from heaven for you in this Christmas! Let me inform you of generous-hearted gathering of Christmas.

昨年は、ディケンズ原作の「クリスマスキャロル・スクルージ」の演劇があって、とても感動しました。今年ももう一度鑑賞したいです。
We were very moved the play of “Christmas Carol - Scrooge” of Charles Dickens last year. I hope I could enjoy watching it again this year, too.

LLシホヤ新井教室の「クリスマス・ウイーク」は残すところ、23日(月)のレッスンだけになりました。
“LL Xmas Week” is going to end on next Monday, 23rd, which is the last chance to join us.
幼児から大人まで、どのクラスも、最初の30分位を「クリスマス英語ゲーム等」で楽しみます。
Each class, from little children to adults, is going to enjoy “Xmas activities, games, songs, etc” in the former part of the lesson for around thirty minutes.
LL生徒のお友だちや、このブログをご覧になられたどなたにも、家で楽しくつくる「リース素材」と、「Rの手づくりケーキ」をプレゼントいたします。
Yoshy and R are getting ready for presenting “Paper materials for making Wreath” and “R’s handmade cake” to anyone who are LL students’ friends, looking at this blog, etc.
R手づくりケーキは多少の予備もつくりますが、なるべくお電話でご予約ください。
